Cava pale yellow, greenish tones, bright. Fine and uniform bubble with permanent crown formation. On the nose it presents aromas of white fruit, memories of vine peach and orange peel.
In the mouth it is a fresh cava, balanced acidity, notes of aniseed, dried herbs, lavender, acidic fruit.
