One of the characteristic things about Syrah is its color, it is always very powerful. We are in sight, a Syrah with a high standing cherry red color, with some very marked blue-garnet tones on the rim of the glass.
On the nose, it marks a point of pepper, mixed with very accentuated notes of a ripe strawberry, very sweet.
Its passage through the mouth has a range of definitions, starting with its freshness, then it marks a toasted point, characteristic of this farm, which is due to the extraction of the bones during fermentation. Its passage through the mouth is long and elegant, where the part of ripe red fruit also stands out. The set in the mouth is elegant, where the balance between fruit, tangí and acidity is perfect.
