COLOUR: Straw-green/grayish yellow color, bright and with slow-falling tears.
AROMAS: Aromas of varietal memory and presence of white fruit (pear, green banana), typical finely vegetal notes (lively-fennel, dry straw undergrowth) and floral finish (rose petal, jasmine).
IN THE MOUTH: Light and fresh entry and marked glyceric character, citric acidity present, friendly at the end of the palate and medium-long aftertaste, with ripe fruit notes (banana, vineyard peach) and structured sensation, vegetable touch and bitter end
