Tasting note
COLOUR: Medium high red ruby color with an eggplant-purple rim, transparent and dense tears.
AROMAS: Powerful aromas of ripe black fruits (dried plum, cherry), caramelized over marked notes of aging where burnt woods appear with complexity (toasted bread, coffee, cigar box, burnt coal), resinous (oak, sweet vanilla, pine leaf ) and opening to oxygenation towards sweet spices (sweet pepper), cloves and licorice.
IN THE MOUTH: Fresh and structured palate, balanced in acidity and alcohol, with marked fruity memories, refreshing acidity, medium-long aftertaste and present but integrated tannins, final fruity aftertaste and memories of toasted nuts.
