Cherry red color with garnet trim. Medium-high layer. Clean, bright and with abundant tears. Good aromatic intensity. Frank and clean nose. In a still glass, spicy notes and black fruit, blackberry jam and berries of the forest appear. The alcohol is slightly noticeable but without standing out. Licorice notes. Well integrated barrel providing spicy notes and a touch of pepper. With time, more toasted notes appear. In short, a complex nose to enjoy calmly. On the palate, polished, balanced and round. Medium body and good structure. Fresh acidity at the entrance and warm memory of alcohol at the end. Well compensated. Long finish with hints of ripe black fruit and spices
