El Conjuro

Very intense and lively garnet cherry color, with a thin ruby ​​edge and slight violet hues. Frank and direct on the nose, deep and well defined. The aging is evident (fine wood, spices and toasted notes) but it is well combined and does not impose itself on a fine fruity character. Clear memories of ripe black fruits (sloes, blackberries), balsamic (scrub, rockrose) and a fine vinous memory. Good intensity.

Well armed on the palate, with body and nerve, energetic without rudeness, firm tannins of ripe fruit and lively, well-matched acidity. The wood is well assimilated on the palate, although it is noticeable (without excesses) in some aromas on the palate in which the fine and fresh fruity character stands out. Long aftertaste also dominated by fruit, balsamic notes and discreet notes of aging
