In view: white wine with gray and green tones, with a very light golden touch, which reminds us that it is a young wine.
On the nose: xarel.lo with a fantastic aromatic complexity, its fresh aroma indicates that it is grown at altitude. Notes of aniseed, white flower, and white fruit at its point of ripeness. A real kindness on the nose.
On the palate : explosion of aromas on the palate, an acidity very well fitted into the range of aromas and good structure. Very persistent once it has been tested.
