In a first layer, notes of fleshy red fruit, strawberries and cherry appear. In the background, balsamic memories of licorice emerge, enveloped by noble notes of aging (chocolate, toffee and vanilla).
Wide and fresh entry, with a good mouthfeel, structured. The tannin, persistent and elegant, melts into a slightly bitter finish.
