It is a subtle and different wine. Attractive pale-yellow color with lemony reflections, very bright. Its nose expresses great elegance and complexity enhanced by its stay in barrels with the lees, combining the fruity tones of pear and pineapple with those of white flowers and citrus, in perfect harmony with the toasted memories, nuts, coconut and vanilla on a suggestive pastry background. On the palate it is silky and full of volume with just the right acidity to give it freshness and liveliness, with a tasty touch of white and citrus fruits. Very sweet and persistent at the end with an aftertaste full of fruity and toasted notes.
