Cava of medium intensity in which floral notes and Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, thyme and broom predominate. Its fruity character is expressed in the form of pear and green apple, grapefruit, peach and apricot. Light and silky mid-palate. Fruity notes, with a predominance of citrus fruits, and a hint of salt appear in its aroma. A lively finish with a sustained acidity that blends with a bitter touch typical of brut nature, which adds length to the whole.
