CAVA ELIAS I TERNS Gran Reserva cosecha 2009

The Cava Elias i Terns Gran Reserva , one of the cavas with the most personality within the Gran Reserva.

The production of this cava stands out for the composition of the base wine, in which the xarel lo variety predominates, fermented and aged in new American oak barrels for four months. After this time, it was blended with wine from the Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada varieties. It is then that the second fermentation in the bottle will begin, as well as the aging in our cellar for the last nine years. In this period of time we have been carrying out periodic tastings to verify the evolution of the cava. Each year that has passed has given it a maturity and personality that has allowed it to obtain the distinction of Gran Reserva.
