Cava Cuvée Special with a marked personality. In its composition, the Xarel·lo variety predominates with a touch of wood that gives it different sensations. Its structure in the mouth, and the notes of long aging, make it suitable to accompany a whole meal. The slightly higher serving temperature than usual given its long aging makes it much more attractive and complex.
Cava base wine aged in American, Tronçais and Hungarian oak barrels.
