TASTING NOTE
COLOUR: Dry straw yellow color and new gold greenish reflections, bright and powerful tear with slow fall.
AROMAS: Interesting aromatic palette, where resinous and burnt wood notes appear, opening towards tertiary notes of dried flower and tea leaf, roasted dried fruit (hazelnut, almond skin), slightly spicy (cinnamon, vanilla) and finally with light aeration. towards notes of ripe fruit (dried apricots, baked apple, dried apricot).
IN THE MOUTH: Medium-bodied mid-palate, combined with creamy notes and mild lactic acidity, slightly spicy alcoholic sensation and retro-tasting balsamic aftertaste (pine resin, eucalyptus).
