We find ourselves with a unique sparkling wine, made with our star variety, the Sauvignon blanc.
Appearance : white gold colour, nothing evolved, with a cheerful bubble that gently rises towards the surface of the glass.
On the nose : after a few minutes of resting in the glass, aging notes appear reminiscent of the yeast from the second fermentation, along with a floral undertone that highlights the variety.
On the palate : we find a well integrated, fine and elegant bubble, with a creamy and very pleasant finish.
